1. The buyer of SUP-SHOP.LV ("Buyer") has the right, without giving a reason, to refuse the product if it is not used, damaged or the appearance has been significantly changed, that is, the appearance of the product. or its packaging has undergone such changes within 14 (fourteen) days as were necessary for the inspection of the received goods. The buyer must exercise this right responsibly and return the product in its original, neat packaging, as well as return all parts of the product. The cost of returning the product is borne by the Buyer.

2. In special cases determined by the seller, high-quality Goods may be returned for a longer period of time.

3. After returning the goods, the buyer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods caused by actions that are not necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and performance of the goods.

4. Goods can be returned to the seller's central warehouse "Smilgas", Jurmala LV-2010, Latvia.

5. If there is no return at the seller's central warehouse, the buyer can return the quality goods by courier, at the expense of the return. When returning goods by courier, the buyer must fill out a free-form request, which must be sent by e-mail. Send an e-mail to sup.info@sup-shop.lv and add it to your shipment. Returned goods must be delivered by courier to the following address: SIA "2GR", "Smilgas", Jūrmala LV-2010, Latvia.

6. After receiving the returned product and assessing its quality, the Seller shall refund the money for the product and its delivery costs to the buyer within 14 days after returning the product. If only part of the Goods are returned, delivery charges will only be refunded if the remaining Goods in the same order, if only purchased, are charged a lower rate than the rate applicable to Goods returned with the returned Goods and only after volume. . If a return method other than that offered by the Seller is chosen, resulting in disproportionate or higher costs, the Seller is not responsible for such return costs.

7. The item must be returned in its original packaging (with instructions and warranty card, if attached to the item). The VAT invoice and order number must be provided on the return.

8. The buyer is responsible for the clearance of the returned item. If the product is incomplete, the seller does not accept the returned product.

9. The buyer's right to return quality goods purchased in the online store does not apply to:

9.1. Contracts for goods manufactured in accordance with the specific instructions of the consumer and manufactured in response to the consumer's personal choice or instructions, as well as goods that are clearly tailored to the consumer's personal needs;

9.2. contracts for perishable or temporary goods;

9.3. contracts for packaged goods that have been unpacked after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons;

9.4. contracts for goods which, after delivery, are essentially mixed with other goods;

9.5. contracts for packaged video or audio recordings or packaged software that was unpacked after delivery;

9.6. contracts for the supply of newspapers, periodicals or magazines, excluding subscriptions to such publications.

10. The right to withdraw from the distance contract without giving a reason within 14 (fourteen) days does not apply to legal entities (entrepreneurs).
